Fifth seed Andy Roddick loses to fellow American John Isner in a five-setter in the third round of the U.S. Open Saturday. Isner posted a 7-6, 6-3, 3-6, 5-7, 7-6 win to reach the fourth round in a Grand Slam for the first time in his career.
